    Abstract:

    Objective:To evaluate the effect of suture ligation around the tumor combined with intratumoral drug injection to treat hepatic cavernous hemangioma. Methods:Twentytwo cases of hepatic cavernous hemangioma underwent laparatomy and suture ligation around the tumor plus intratumoral drug injection under direct vision. Results:There was no postoperative mortality or morbidity. 22 patients were followed up for 3 months to 4 years. After this treatment for hepatic cavernous hemangioma, the success rate was 100%, and the significantly success rate was 76.19%. Conclusions:The combined therapy for hepatic cavernous hemangioma is safe, reliable, simple and easy to perform.
