In recent years, new progresses have been achieved in the field of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer, involving the clinical application, efficacy evaluation, sensitivity prediction and chemotherapy principle. Along with these progresses, some problems also arise. This paper addresses the issues of this concern.
