    Abstract:

    Obstructive jaundice can trigger an apoptosis program in hepatic cells and many factors are involved in the process of the occurrence of hepatic cell apoptosis during obstructive jaundice, and research into the mechanism may have great importance in prevention and treatment of the liver injury in obstructive jaundice. In this paper, the authors address the mechanism responsible for the occurrence of hepatic cell apoptosis during obstructive jaundice.
