    Abstract:

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the second most common primary liver tumor in children. It has complex clinical features, high malignancy and poor prognosis. There are many treatment modalities for pediatric HCC, such as surgical resection, liver transplantation, chemotherapy, transarterial chemoembolization, and targeted therapy. Here, the authors address the current status of various treatments for HCC in children under 14 years of age.
