This paper addresses the relations of clusterin (CLU) with epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), NF-κB and other regulatory factors, so as to clarify the role of CLU in tumor occurrence and metastasis. The expression state of CLU in malignant tumor and its influence on cancer recurrence, as well as on cancer therapy are also reviewed.
