近年来，脉管侵润和神经周围侵润在结直肠肿瘤中的预后作用得到不断的深入研究，有了新的认识，取得新的进展，笔者就脉管侵润和神经周围侵润对结直肠癌和某些肿瘤预后所起作用的研究进展进行综述.
With the in-depth investigations in recent years, new progresses have been achieved in understanding the prognostic significance of vascular and perineural invasion in colorectal cancer. This paper addresses the issues of these concerns.
