Immunotherapy is an important treatment method following conventional non-surgical treatment modalities for breast cancer such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and endocrinotherapy. As a new treatment strategy for breast cancer, it has great potential for development. Thus, in this paper, the authors present the current research efforts and progress of breast cancer immunotherapy.
