Abstract:angioplasty has satisfactory short-term efficacy in treatment of LASO, but the mid- and long-term restenosis rate is still high. Given that the inflammatory reaction is involved in the entire process of arteriosclerosis, it is important to study the effect of inflammation on the postoperative condition of LASO and the predictive effect of inflammatory factors on risk of restenosis, as well as how to reduce restenosis after endovascular treatment via the control of the inflammatory response. This paper presents the research progression in this field.
