In recent years, JAK2-STAT3 signaling pathway has been found to be involved in the growth, proliferation, differentiation, metastasis and apoptosis of tumor cells. JAK and STAT proteins are overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells, and JAK2-STAT3 signaling pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of HCC. In this article, the authors overview the research progress of JAK2-STAT3 signaling pathway in HCC.
